Hello guys 😊, in this feel good article I will talk about the importance of gratitude 🙂 !

Gratitude, one of the keys for my wellbeing❤️

Gratitude is one of the keys for my wellbeing ❤️. Every single day I try to write down things which I am grateful for. I always try to practice it, in the morning, before starting to work, going somewhere else or I’m simply staying at home. Beginning my day with gratitude sets positive vibes on the day ahead of me and it can enhance my mood. Daily gratitude is one of my essential morning rituals, together with journaling (etc)

Remember that, you don’t have always, to be grateful, for something big, even the smallest of things, can make a big difference in your daily life, such as the support of a loved one or your morning rituals.

I can be grateful, for ex. for the fresh air that I am inhaling when I am out, taking a walk in nature, for my morning cup of tea or for something bigger like a goal, big or small, it doesn’t matter, that I have reached ✨.

Gratitude and mental health

If I have a bad day, feel on edge, tired, I try my best to focus upon people, things, places which I am thankful for :). I give thanks (by saying it, writing a message or by simply writing it in my diary💖) to all the people in my life who are supporting me along the way, who are there for me, no matter what! And, that’s already a lot, having people in your life who care for you❤️ do not take it for granted! Another example: for me, gratitude encourages mindfulness. Taking a moment for myself to reflect on what I am grateful for brings me into the present, helping me reduce anxiety (etc)

Gratitude meditations

I love to practice meditations everyday because they are so good for my mind, soul (Ex.) They are a way for me to calm myself, especially if I am feeling under the weather. I feel at ease practicing meditations on YouTube with Boho Beautiful Life, a digital platform ran by a couple, from Canada. There you can find also gratitude meditations!

Some gratitude mantras which I like to repeate for myself: thank you for my health, thank you for my strength, every day brings new blessings, and for each, I am thankful❤️.
It’s practice💖

Remember that, (as with everything), it’s a constant practice (at least for me😉) and the more I do it, the more it comes natural and familiar for me to be grateful for what I (already) have❤️❤️.
