Navigating Hard Times…❤️

Hey everyone!😊Welcome to a new motivational, insightful article.❤️

In this blog post, I’ll discuss navigating hard times in life, sharing some of my own stories related to this topic, and offering helpful tips and insights along the way.

Trigger warning: This article discusses navigating hard times and includes personal stories that may be difficult to read if you’re currently going through a rough patch or struggling with your mental health. However, this blog post also offers helpful tools and strategies which can help you on your own healing journey. The decision to keep reading is entirely yours and no one else’s!❤️❤️

We all face hard times in our lives, to varying degrees. While these moments are undoubtedly painful, they are an inevitable part of the human journey. The important truth is that even amidst the difficulty, they always offer us valuable lessons and the potential for positive outcomes.

The strength in hard times

I don’t know your specific story or the situation you’re facing, but please know this: You are incredibly strong. Simply by showing up each day and trying your best to navigate what is hard in your life right now, you are demonstrating a profound resilience.

No matter how big or small your problems feel, the effort and strength you put in each day is no small win—it’s a powerful victory in itself.

Never take your inner strength for granted, especially when times are tough. Make it a point to congratulate yourself on all your wins, both small and large. That could be anything from getting out of bed in the morning, maintaining your personal hygiene, walking your dog, or accomplishing work tasks. Every single effort counts.

Sharing a bit of my story…❤️

Like everyone, I’ve struggled a lot in the past, and I continue to struggle at times now. This journey is messy for all of us.

Sharing some raw content…

In the past, my struggles were mainly focused on school and learning how to socialize with people my age. As I got older, that difficult social dynamic escalated, and I started experiencing bullying. That was a truly painful time.

I was relieved when I finally finished high-school, and so excited to start my dream job. Unfortunately, things didn’t go as planned. Over time, I fell back into depression until I reached a point where I had to be hospitalized. The entire period—the lead-up to the clinic, the time in the hospital, and the difficult phase afterward—was truly the most painful of my life. Thankfully, it was during this time that I found the courage and the necessary external help to keep going.

Some of the things I’ve learned from those times…

I am stronger than I think
  • Realizing my own resilience: The biggest lesson was realizing my own resilience, that I have the strength to fight back challenging times (even if it is still difficult…I am more prepared than before)
  • Hurt people hurt people: The people who bully you, are not happy with themselves. Their action have nothing to do with your worth, it’s a lot to do with their own pain.
  • The power of finding new paths: learning that I am limitless. After finishing modeling I thought it was over for me because I felt I didn’t have no more skills besides from standing behind the camera..instead I found a big passion for creativity, writing, creating social content…
  • Learning to rely on external support: overcoming difficulties without always the help of my family by my side (when I was hospitalized) and going to a complete different place (the Clinique) and learn to accept it, accept the help from the people working there…

Some helpful tips along the way ❤️

External support: You don’t have to go through hard times completely alone. Whether it’s reaching out to your family, leaning on a trusted friend, or seeking help from professionals like a therapist , please do not be afraid to receive the support you need. Recognizing you need help and accepting it is a sign of strength, not a weakness.

Ground yourself with Daily Mindfulness: if you have read my older posts, you know I always end up recommending mindfulness—and that is for good reason. When hard times hit, our minds often race. Mindfulness, which is a powerful wellness tool, teaches you to be fully present in the moment. It slows you down and helps you focus on taking things step by step.

Make time for yourself: When life is hard, there is often a guilt in taking a break, resting and recharging. However, prioritizing self-care is essential for your mental survival. This isn’t selfish; it’s a vital part of filling your own cup with good energies. So, schedule non-negotiable time for yourself, whether it is taking extra care of your skin, letting your mind rest through a body scan, or cooking something nourishing and good for your mind, body, and soul. ❤️

Hard times are here to make you stronger and more courageous. You’ll learn a lot from each difficult experience you face✨

Much Love and Light ❤️✨
