Hello🥰👋 my name is Sofia Lena Perissinotto and I am from Italy and Sweden🥰 🙂 

I was born in Italy, I live there, I have done all schools in Italy but I am very grateful that my mom ❤️ from the very beginning, started speaking to me in Swedish (a very wise decision due to the fact that I also have relatives in Sweden 🥰❤️). 

So I speak fluently both languages 🙂 

I started my blogger journey on December 2023 on Indian Savage Blog, an amazing blog 🙂 founded by Margaret Dallospedale (a becautiful, encouraging, lovely person ❤️❤️)

On Maj 2024 I decided to start my own blog 🙂 called Feeling Good with Sofy!

Feeling Good with Sofy

I decided to name this blog, Feeling Good with Sofy, for a reason❤️❤️

My life has not always been so easy, at all, I had and I still have to face many challenges, the difference is that, now, I am surrounded by, mostly, lovely people, I have more tools that I can use when I begin to feel depressed, anxious…but as usually, when you are dealing with a mental illness, at least in my experience , I find myself on a constant roller coaster, which means sometimes I can get so happy, and in another moment I feel that everything is falling apart… It’s a constant battle which I want to fight, it’s not easy but the fact that I want to fight is already a lot!❤️

So, 😊 I would like to take you 💕 with me on a journey, a quite difficult one, BUT I hope you will find It useful in some way… if you also find yourself, in a quite same, or not same situation… It depends, everyone has a different story ❤️. I am also going to share tools, along the way 🙂

I love my family dearly ❤️❤️, they have always supported me NO MATTER WHAT ❤️

A mindful journey:

Mindfulness plays a very important role in my wellness journey.

Practicing daily mindfulness in my life helps me to stay more grounded, calmer with my own self, such as with the help of meditation, yoga, being in nature.

A mindful breathing is crucial for me to begin finding inner peace.

During my meditations I practice also self-love such as through mantras, telling to myself to be nicer and more respectful is a constant exercise but through practice I am learning 😊.

Moving my body helps me also to increase my self-esteem!

Sweden lover

In a way, I feel more Swedish than Italian but I am so glad to have grown up with both cultures!

I have always had a strong affection for Sweden, its culture, my relatives, the way, we (Swedes) celebrate Christmas… in some way I feel more Swedish than Italian 🙂 (even if, I do also love the Italian culture, the food 😂🥰😍..)

In my free time, I love spending time reading feel good, romantic, fictional books, watching romance films, motivational, or fantasy series, movies.

I love writing, I journal a lot, it’s a very effective tool also for my wellbeing, mental health.

Pilates, hiking and yoga are my favourite kind of exercise!
